First thing you should do is uninstall the program.
Unfortunately, uninstalling the program will not always fix the problem.
If it is a serious problem, you can contact our tech support team or contact the
program's manufacturer for assistance.
A specific program is crashing my computer, but everything else works
fine. What can I do?
Normally, this is a sign that the software you are
attempting to run is not compatible with the system. Please check the software
requirements, readme file, or the programs website for further assistance with
this matter.
How long is your warranty? What if it expires and I have problems?
We have a limited one to three year warranty that can be
viewed here. If your
warranty expires, we offer lifetime phone or email support

from Wydan.com, what can I do?
Our tech support team will do our best to provide
you a solution to this issue, please open a ticket in our
support center. However, if
general troubleshooting tips do not work, we will direct to you contact the
original manufacturer's support team as they probably have performed all the
proper tests and can probably help assist you further.
When do I update my drivers? What drivers do I need?
Prior to shipping the system out, we will install
the most recent drivers our your system so you will not need to upgrade drivers
initially.
If your system appears to be working fine, you
probably do not need to worry about updating drivers. If you are having
issues with a particular program, after installation, you will probably want to
download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website. Some of the
more important drivers to update are the chipset, video and sound drivers.
If you do not know which drivers you need, please email our tech support team at
support@wydan.com or open a ticket at our
support center.
I just received my new computer, when I power it on, nothing appears on
the screen. What do I do?
The first thing to check is to make sure that your monitor
cable is plugged in securely.
If that does not work, you will need to contact our tech
support team. There are instances where a cable or internal component may
have come loose during transit. Our tech support team will gladly walk you
through what cables/components that need to be plugged in.
Ventilation, is it that important? How much ventilation do I need?
Ventilation is very important in maintaining your
new PC. We recommend that you have atleast one foot of space from the
front and the rear of the case. Please do not place your system in an
enclosed space or computer desk cabinets as those do not allow much ventilation
for your system and will cause heat to build up and may cause your system to
overheat.
